Friendly owners, delicious breakfast, and simple rooms provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the freshly made Sri Lankan curry was a delightful treat, and the free Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected during our trip.

Very unusual layout for the bathrooms!!! Could definitely use better signage within the hotel to help guests navigate!!! the location feels a bit isolated despite being close to a major attraction!!!

Great stay! The location near the elephant transit home made for easy access to wildlife experiences. Spent a thrilling time on a half-day safari organized by the hosts. Breakfast in the park after our early morning adventure was delicious. Rooms were clean, and having hot water with good AC made it quite comfortable. The dinner served was hearty, with big portions that fueled our adventures. On the downside, the double bed in our room could be noisy with every movement, which affected our sleep a bit. the pillows were quite tall, something to be aware of if you prefer a different height. Still, this place is really a gem for nature lovers.

Had a blast at Green View! The safari tour was top-notch. our driver spotted animals like a pro. Dinner was a delicious buffet with tons of flavors, and porches let us soak in the wildlife sounds. Just a heads-up, the bathroom layout was a bit odd.

Just a commendable fit for a couple of nights in Udawalawe with value for money. The evening buffet was hearty with generous portions that kept us fueled. Bring some insect repellent for your evening strolls around the property.

Delicious food and amazing wildlife experiences

Staying here was a delightful experience! The hosts prepared a variety of flavorful dishes for both breakfast and for dinner, and I highly recommend the dinner buffet. The safari organized by the resort was a major highlight—our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and took us to the best spots to see elephants up close. It was a relaxing retreat, but I wish the bathroom layout was a tad more intuitive.
